WE WOULD LIKE TO INTRODUCE OURSELVES!

We are a Boulder based, family-run restaurant, deli and catering company.
We take pride in serving the highest quality food, which is all prepared
in-house utilizing the freshest quality ingredients. We guarantee a superior
product at a competitive price. I want to take a minute to tell you a little
about us and our experience. Drew is a Culinary Institute of America
graduate with 15 years of experience in the hospitality business. His
most recent position was Executive Chef of the Greenbrier Restaurant
in Boulder. During his time there he built a reputation for being among
the best Chef’s in Boulder and one of the best caterers for private events.
Jimmy has also been in the business for 15 years. His last job was
Assistant Director of Operations for Levy Restaurants at the Pepsi Center.
He managed all food & beverage operations including catering. We bring
our combined expertise to every event whether it’s breakfast, lunch or
dinner at the restaurant or a business meeting/large corporate event.
We strive to exceed your expectations. Drew, his mom Sarah, and Jimmy
opened Jimmy & Drew’s in May 2006. Quickly we were voted runner up
Best New Restaurant & Best Take–Out Food. In 2007 Jimmy & Drew’s
Deli was voted Best Take-Out Food in Boulder and runner up Best
Place to Bring Kids. In 2008 we were again voted Best Take- Out Food.
We were recently recognized in an esquire magazine article
“the encyclopedia of sandwiches” as having one of the best sandwiches
